2. Atelier Amaro
In the Atelier Amaro Restaurant there is no one specific menu but different tasting menus
which help the guests get to know as much of the polish cuisine as it’s possible. The addition to
the delicious dinner can be a glass of an excellent wine.
Wojciech Modest Amaro carefully choses the ingredients for the meals to make them more diverse and innovative, calling the courses Moments in which guests can try hare with corn, smoked bacon with cauliflower slices marinated in hazelnut oil or bold combination of venison and chili.
In 2013 The Restaurant was issued with the prestigious Michelin Star, at the same time becoming the first restaurant in Poland given this incredible honor.

This is actually a night club, with a long tradition and renowned reputation.
Even though it is a night club, it has such a great restaurant that it deserved to be included in the list.
New Orleans is distinguished by its original design, the presence of stunning dancers and one of the largest bars in Europe.
The owners went a step further, opening Poland's first night restaurant. It bases on individual approach to each guest. The staff mastered to perfection the art of pairing up drinks with the served meals. In the menu you will find, among others, French onion soup, steak tartare, beef cheeks and steaks - all exquisitely prepared and served with attention to detail. New Orleans is therefore an ideal place for those who appreciate both fun and delicious cuisine, all in elegant, sophisticated atmosphere

InAzia Restaurant is located in the Sheraton Warsaw hotel. It serves sophisticated and fancy specials of Asian cuisine such as halibut dipped in coconut milk with peas and lemongrass or classic tom yam kung soup with shrimps, tomatoes and all the hot sour flavours.
In the restaurant the guest can not only make their own set of courses, but also their own tasting menu. Marcin Sasin, the chef, has always been very passionate about Asia and he finds the ideas and inspiration for his new dishes as he travels to China or Thailand.

The Senses restaurant’s main goal is to make culinary creations that will engage all senses. Excellent meal is not only about food and wine, but also about remembering the dishes and having an exciting experience. Andrea Camastra, incredibly talented chef cares for every little detail combining, modern cooking techniques with classic Polish traditions.
The restaurant offers seasonal menus in which we can find for example traditional polish dish as pierogi ruskie with red pawn and smoked cream, as well as seafood goulash mixed with octopus. Senses Restaurant with its energetic cuisine filled with creativity and crossing boundaries is a place where people happily come back.
In 2016 the Senses Restaurant, as the second Polish restaurant, was appreciated and awarded with a prestigious Michelin star.
The restaurant offers seasonal menus in which we can find for example traditional polish dish as pierogi ruskie with red pawn and smoked cream, as well as seafood goulash mixed with octopus. 6. Platter by Karol Okrasa
The Platter by Karol Okrasa, restaurant located in city center of Warsaw on Bielańska Street, will make everyone feel connected to Poland because of the fresh and healthy courses of polish cuisine with a bit of international accents.

For dinner we can choose tasting menu consisting of 8 or 6 courses in which we can order smoked halibut soup with pepper salsa and roasted parsley or venison tartar with mushroom butter on pumpkin bread and red onion. If the guest does not want the whole set of courses, there is also a possibility to choose only starters like herring with oriental quinoa or duck confit dumplings and dessert.

As an appetizer you can order potato pancake with egg and truffle or beef tartare with horse radish mayonnaise. Polish seasoned beef – Rib Eye steak can be tasted for main course, as well as duck breast with hazelnuts or beef filet with kale. For those who like drinking wine, the restaurant offers a list consisting of hundreds of them and continue to change in order to constantly surprise their clients.

The Hoża Restaurant is situated in the heart of Warsaw and can take you far away, straight to Buenos Aires. The cooks are excellent at preparing real Argentinian steaks and seafood.
Wild Pacific Calamari fried with chorizo in a’la marinara sauce, sprinkled with cashew nuts or the giant tiger prawn also known as tiger shrimp, served with butter sauce and tomatoes are only for a good start. In the Hoża’s menu there are plenty of different courses from grilled rib steaks, passing through fried kale with pine nuts or saddle of lamb and ending with dark chocolate ice cream for the dessert. These and many other courses can show you how the South America tastes like.

This charming restaurant will definitely stick in your memory after you taste the excellent food they prepare. Located on prestigious Ujazdowskie Avenue, the restaurant is proud of being the only one awarded The Best Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator.
Amber Room focuses on Polish traditions but the menu offers the guest other culinary trends as well. You can try smoked trout, duck dumplings or sturgeon caviar with eggs and melba toast. Vegans can eat here too, because the menu also offers kale salad along with cranberries or edamame salad with broccoli.
But if you are a meat lover, there is a saddle of lamb, baby chicken with carrots or beef filet for you. All the dishes in Amber Room are pleasantly and lightly flavoured with herbs and salt and the glass of red or white prestige wine is what makes this meal even more perfect.
