In the Atelier Amaro Restaurant there is no one specific menu but different tasting menus which help the guests get to know as much of the polish cuisine as it’s possible. The addition to the delicious dinner can be a glass of an excellent wine.

Wojciech Modest Amaro carefully choses the ingredients for the meals to make them more diverse and innovative, calling the courses Moments in which guests can try hare with corn, smoked bacon with cauliflower slices marinated in hazelnut oil or bold combination of venison and chili.

In 2013 The Restaurant was issued with the prestigious Michelin Star, at the same time becoming the first restaurant in Poland given this incredible honor.
